Cancellation Policy

Entré Computer Solutions requires a 48-hour advance notice if you need to cancel an applications class reservation and ten (10) business days advance notice to cancel a technical class. To cancel, call Entré at 815.399.5664 and speak with Doug at extension 263, or Kim at extension 229, to avoid a cancellation fee.

Application Class Cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of class:
Day Application Class: $50
Night Application Class: $100

Technical Class Cancellation fee if you cancel within 10 business days of class:
Day Technical Class: $100
Night Technical Class: $150
